What You'll Be Doing

You have field experience and you know how to guide a homeowner through a process most people have never faced before. As a Project Manager at Pro American Roofing, you own the deal from first knock to final payment. You are the face of PAR on every job.

  • Knock doors and build relationships in assigned DFW territories

  • Conduct on-site roof inspections using CompanyCam to document damage across all slopes, vents, gutters, and collateral areas

  • File insurance claims on-site with homeowner permission and secure the Insurance Authorization form through DocHub

  • Attend adjuster meetings to advocate for the homeowner and ensure all damage is documented

  • Review the approved scope of work with the homeowner, confirm deductible obligations, select materials, and schedule the install

  • Oversee the day of installation from crew arrival through site cleanup and ACV check collection

  • Coordinate supplement submissions with the internal supplement team for any underpaid or missed line items

  • Collect final payment and deliver the warranty certificate at project close

  • Track all active jobs and communications through AccuLynx and Google Drive

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or construction sales

  • Comfortable conducting roof inspections and identifying hail, wind, and collateral damage

  • Working knowledge of the insurance claims process, including ACV, depreciation, and supplements

  • Proficient with field tools: CompanyCam, AccuLynx, DocHub, and Google Drive

  • Strong communicator in face-to-face homeowner settings and with insurance adjusters

  • Organized, self-directed, and accountable across multiple active projects

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

What You'll Get

  • Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential

  • Structured mentorship alongside a Senior Project Manager through your first deals

  • Paid training covering PAR's full inspection, claims, and install process

  • A clear path to Senior Project Manager as your pipeline grows

  • A team built on referrals, reputation, and results across DFW

  • Work that makes a real difference for homeowners navigating one of the most stressful processes they will ever face
