What You'll Be Doing

You'll be in the field every day, connecting with homeowners, running inspections, and guiding people through one of the most important decisions they'll make for their home.

• Knock doors and build relationships in assigned DFW territories

• Conduct on-site roof inspections and document findings

• Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process from start to finish

• Present PAR's services clearly and professionally in face-to-face settings

• Follow up with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate with your manager and the production team for a smooth handoff

What We're Looking For

• Strong people skills and confidence in face-to-face settings

• Experience in sales, construction, or home services is a plus

• Organized, with solid follow-up and communication habits

• Comfortable with CRM tools, photo apps, and basic mobile technology

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

• Willingness to climb ladders and walk roofs when needed, training provided
