What You'll Be Doing

You have run the inspections, sat in the adjuster meetings, and closed the deals. Now you lead. As a Senior Project Manager at Pro American Roofing, you are the standard the team measures itself against. You take on the most complex claims, mentor Project Managers through their first deals, and make sure every job closes clean from first knock to final payment.

  • Lead roof inspections on complex and high-value claims, documenting all damage across slopes, vents, gutters, and collateral areas using CompanyCam

  • File insurance claims on-site and manage the full adjuster relationship from scheduling through approval

  • Conduct scope of work meetings with homeowners independently, confirming deductible obligations, material selections, and install timelines

  • Oversee day-of-install operations including crew coordination, ACV check collection, and site compliance

  • Lead supplement submissions for underpaid or missed line items in coordination with the internal supplement team

  • Mentor Project Managers through their first 90 days, running joint inspections and claim presentations until they can operate independently

  • Manage denied claims through reinspection requests, Public Adjuster coordination, and appraisal processes when needed

  • Maintain accurate job tracking across AccuLynx, CompanyCam, DocHub, and Google Drive

What We're Looking For

  • 3 or more years of experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or storm damage sales

  • Deep working knowledge of the full insurance claims process including ACV, depreciation, supplements, reinspections, and appraisals

  • Proven track record of closing deals and guiding homeowners through complex claim situations

  • Experienced with CompanyCam, AccuLynx, DocHub, and Google Drive

  • Strong communicator with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams

  • Natural leader with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
